Our cannoli is made in the “Old World Sicilian” style. We use ricotta impastata for a rich flavor and creamy texture that is not to sweet and is out of this world! Our filling contains Belgian mini chocolate chips. The ends are dipped in Belgian mini chocolate chips before we dust them generously with confectioners’ sugar. Our cannoli are filled to order so NO SOGGY SHELLS here.
